Context before code
The system should be understood before it is changed. Kaplira keeps architecture, decisions, and known risks close to every run.
About Kaplira
Kaplira helps coding agents move quickly while the people responsible for the software retain understanding, boundaries, and evidence.
Why it exists
AI coding agents can produce code faster than teams can preserve the reasoning, architecture, and operational context around it. Kaplira is the control layer that keeps those things attached to the work.
It is created independently by Vando Pereira, a software engineer building the product end to end and using it to govern its own development.
Product principles
The system should be understood before it is changed. Kaplira keeps architecture, decisions, and known risks close to every run.
Scope is a product constraint, not a suggestion in a prompt. Agents receive explicit permissions and a visible definition of done.
A change should leave an inspectable record of intent, impact, and validation — not just a message saying the work is complete.
